Return Policy

If any products are found to be faulty, please inform us by clicking the 'Contact us' link below so we can send you a replacement.

For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for any other reason.

Distance selling regulations for orders made over the internet give you the right to cancel any order within 7 working days of receiving the order. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them. If you wish to cancel your order you must write to us within 7 days of receiving your order to inform us of this. If you cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods we will refund the cost of the item and any delivery charge you may have paid. The costs of returning the item will not be reimbursed.
